with a slightly spicy herbed clam stock.

Local clams stuffed with a bacon, onion and garlic herbed mixture.
Jumbo Lump Crab Cake $ 15.00
Jumbo lump crab meat tossed with fresh herbs and finished with a
caramelized garlic, dijon mustard sauce. Served on top of coleslaw.

Baked Stuffed Clams $ 9.00
Large “quahog” clams shukked and chopped. Mixed with herbs with light breadcrumbs and baked.
Steph’s Crab Dip $ 15.00
Maryland crab meat dip recipe topped with cheddar cheese. Served with French bread.

a horseradish compound butter.

Fried Shrimp (coconut) $ 22.00
Jumbo shrimp coated with a crispy coconut breading. Served with
a hot and sweet banana, green chili dipping sauce.

Lobsters Market Price
1 1/4, 2, and 3 lb. lobsters. Steamed to perfection. Served with drawn butter.

Fresh ground chop meat cooked the way you like it. Topped with crispy bacon and
your choice of American, Swiss or Mozzarella cheese.

Sauteed Chicken $ 24.00
Chicken cutlet pounded thin, quickly grilled and topped with rosemary sauteed spinach
and finished with a Pinot Grigio garlic, butter sauce.

Al dente cooked spaghetti tossed with fresh prosciutto, basil, aged asiago cheese
in a three hour roasted garlic cream sauce.

Petite filet mignon cooked to perfection served with three sauteed jumbo shrimp,
tossed with a gorgonzola shallot sauce.
